• Analyze GTM and sales data to uncover trends, buying signals, pipeline opportunities, and areas for enhancement throughout the sales funnel.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and account executives to deliver actionable insights that enhance outbound targeting, prospecting efficiency, and conversion rates.
• Develop and manage dashboards, reporting, and operational workflows that offer visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics.
• Regularly audit, clean, and maintain CRM data (Salesforce), including deduplication, data normalization, field hygiene, and establishing processes for ongoing cleanliness.
• Oversee and support critical GTM tools and vendor relationships, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sales enablement platforms.
• Identify deficiencies in processes, systems, or data integrity and proactively implement scalable solutions.
• Manage and refine fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and user permissions.
• Assist with territory planning, lead routing, enrichment strategies, and enhancements to the sales process.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across the revenue organization.
• Document your creations for enablement and system scalability.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a similar analytical position.
• Significant experience working within Salesforce, encompassing reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management.
• Familiarity with GTM tools and vendors such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or comparable platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales funnel metrics, outbound strategies, pipeline management, and GTM analytics.
• Proven experience in cleaning, uploading, and maintaining CRM data at scale using tools like Datagroomr.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for transforming data into actionable business insights.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in an autonomous setting while also being highly collaborative and team-oriented.
• A positive and driven attitude, with a genuine passion for aiding the sales team's success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
