This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to refine lifecycle stage definitions, transition logic, and governance throughout the revenue funnel.
• Work across GTM to map significant moments in the prospect and customer journey, defining actions for each stage.
• Develop systems and workflows that render this journey visible and actionable.
• Enhance lifecycle discipline, stage progression, and team handoffs to ensure go-to-market teams operate from a unified understanding of intent, readiness, and responsibility.
• Construct and optimize HubSpot workflows and automation that facilitate lead routing, nurturing, campaign operations, and follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement new campaigns and motions in a scalable and measurable manner.
• Refine follow-up actions to align with engagement, intent, and lifecycle context.
• Provide insights from conversational intelligence to offer better signals for SDRs and leadership.
• Identify gaps in go-to-market processes and propose enhancements.
• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a closely related cross-functional go-to-market systems role.
• Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot, encompassing workflows, lifecycle management, lead routing, campaign operations, and reporting.
• A robust operational foundation combined with strategic insight; capable of seeing the bigger picture, asking pertinent questions, and managing details effectively.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and assist in defining processes that are not yet established.
• A focus on relevance and clarity, prioritizing the experience your systems create for both internal teams and external audiences, rather than merely efficiency.
• A genuine interest in utilizing engagement signals, communication patterns, and operational insights to enhance timing, messaging, and coordination throughout the funnel.
