This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing and enhancing revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Technology and Systems Management: Supervising the deployment and administration of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and various revenue operations technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive alignment and shared strategies.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to revenue operations.
• Revenue Forecasting and Planning: Aiding in the creation of revenue forecasts and financial modeling.
• Data Management and Analysis: Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform revenue strategy decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and Zoho CRM.
• Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with Marketo, Pardot, and ActiveCampaign.
• Data Analysis and Visualization Tools: Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
• Project Management Tools: Knowledge of Asana, Trello, and Jira.
• Data Integration and Management Platforms: Understanding of Zapier, Segment, and MuleSoft.
• Communication and Collaboration Tools: Experience using Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
