This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the embedded operations partner for the Sales and SDR teams, ensuring operational excellence, effective pipeline management, opportunity governance, and the execution of Salesforce processes.

• Assist in refining qualification frameworks along with the key performance metrics for each team, including meeting set rates, qualification rates, and stage conversions.

• Enhance pipeline hygiene, establish forecasting cadences, and develop qualification frameworks to boost visibility, predictability, and performance in conversions.

• Oversee the operational project roadmap for Sales and SDRs by employing disciplined project management in collaboration with the team.

• Conduct weekly reviews of pipeline hygiene and monthly reviews of the 90-day rolling forecast with representatives and managers.

• Create, optimize, and maintain Salesforce reporting, workflows, validation rules, and system processes that facilitate new business acquisition.

• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams to design reporting, outbound strategies, and operational best practices.

• Evaluate funnel performance, analyze closed-lost trends, and assess key revenue metrics to uncover growth opportunities and areas for process enhancement.

• Construct ad hoc analyses and models using Excel or Google Sheets to guide strategic decisions and operational improvements.

• Oversee the Sales and SDR operations project roadmap, steering initiatives from concept to execution.

• Manage Enablement resources and establish documentation in preparation for the future hiring of a Revenue Enablement Manager, ensuring processes are well-documented, adopted, and continually improved while identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation throughout the revenue organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical role.

• Proficient in Salesforce with strong skills in report and dashboard creation, as well as the ability to understand and modify backend configurations (workflows, validation rules, field visibility, page layouts).

• Excellent analytical and modeling abilities, comfortable in building models and visualizations in Excel or Google Sheets and deriving clear insights from data.

• Proven project management capabilities with a track record of owning a roadmap and managing cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

• Experience in translating business or process challenges into scalable operational procedures and system solutions.

• Demonstrated professional experience in transforming data into actionable insights and connecting them to the broader revenue narrative.

• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
