This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• The Revenue Operations Specialist will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will be tasked with optimizing and overseeing marketing automation and CRM systems for clients, ensuring effective sales and marketing operations.
• Maintain, update, and enhance client CRMs.
• Design, refine, and improve workflows and automation processes.
• Ensure that deals, companies, and contacts are organized correctly for clear reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operations through automation.
• Create, test, and implement Zapier workflows to boost efficiency.
• Oversee automation updates and regular maintenance.
• Document processes to ensure smooth transitions between team members and clients.
• Monitor discrepancies in tracking across platforms (HubSpot, Google Ads, etc.).
• Perform CRM audits and implement enhancements based on client requirements.
• HubSpot CRM experience (admin-level preferred).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret and present data effectively.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with Zapier (preferred) or other automation tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset with an approach to troubleshooting.
• Creativity and innovation in process improvement and automation.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to comprehend a client's business model and provide strategic support for various industry verticals (ecommerce, SaaS, etc.).
