This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Take charge of the operational onboarding process for new partners, which encompasses system setup, access provisioning, and the delivery of documentation.
• Develop and oversee the partner sales procedure, detailing how deals are registered, routed, tracked, and finalized across various partner categories.
• Collaborate with our internal legal team to ensure that partner agreements align with company standards and progress smoothly through the review and execution phases.
• Record partner operational processes from start to finish and work closely with the Training team to impart that knowledge to partners, inside sales, and field sales teams.
• Work alongside inside sales and field sales leaders to manage internal processes regarding partner-referred leads, ensuring seamless transitions, clear ownership, and visibility into lead status.
• Act as the Salesforce power user for all partner-related activities, including managing partner records, deal registration, reporting, and enhancements to processes.
• Develop scalable playbooks and standard operating procedures that ensure consistent partner operations as the program expands.
• Identify gaps and friction points within partner workflows and suggest solutions that enhance both the partner experience and internal efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted operational advisor to business development leaders by highlighting data, trends, and insights that shape partner strategy.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Between 4 to 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Partner Operations, or Business Development Operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, and user support; experience with partner portals or PRM is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in documenting processes and creating SOPs that are effectively adopted and adhered to.
• Experience working with or supporting channel partners, resellers, referral partners, or affiliate programs.
• Comfortable engaging directly with legal teams on agreements, contract workflows, and review cycles.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 15% as required.
