Revenue Operations Partner – Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide efficient and effective accounts receivable services for member clients to enhance reimbursement results.

• Support OCHIN’s revenue cycle performance metrics to maintain the financial well-being of both clients and the organization.

• Assume responsibility for project deliverables by tracking progress, overseeing team member tasks, and ensuring all deadlines are achieved.

• Monitor and evaluate billing trends to pinpoint potential effects on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Work in conjunction with Billing Specialists to guarantee precise and timely processing of patient claims across different payer categories.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in billing and/or coding within the revenue cycle is preferred.

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, MVA, Workers Comp, and private insurance billing and reimbursement processes, as well as familiarity with legal requirements, is preferred.

• Experience and knowledge of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) is preferred.

• Medical Billing Certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) is preferred.

• Experience with the EPIC Resolute system is required.

• Experience in acute care hospitals, particularly in rural hospital settings, is required.
