This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the leadership of Services and Support to establish and implement delivery models, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Assist in annual and quarterly planning by developing staffing models, utilization targets, service-level commitments, and aligning coverage for onboarding, implementation, and support teams.
• Create and enhance reporting for services delivery, support performance, customer satisfaction (CSAT), time-to-value, and escalation trends.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on support escalations, service delivery issues, and onboarding challenges to discover systemic improvement opportunities.
• Convert operational data into actionable insights for Services and Support leaders to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with RevOps colleagues to ensure seamless transitions across Sales, Customer Success, and Services functions, especially regarding onboarding and implementation workflows.
• Work closely with Enablement to integrate systems and processes into daily Support and Services operations.
• Oversee and optimize the Support and Services tech stack, ensuring tool adoption and accurate data flow between systems while collaborating cross-functionally on systems that encompass the revenue cycle.
• 6–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Services Operations, Support Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS setting.
• Knowledge of services delivery models, including professional services, onboarding, implementation, and/or technical support operations.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities, with a comfort level in developing utilization models, SLA tracking, escalation analyses, and capacity plans.
• Proficiency in synthesizing complex data into clear recommendations and business narratives.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
