This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee the entire lead lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to enhance pipeline creation processes, lead response times, and conversion rates.
• Manage the operational integration between HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Assist in evaluating campaign performance and pipeline attribution.
• Track pipeline creation and conversion metrics, generate reports, and identify issues.
• Proactively discover and eliminate inefficiencies in lead management and routing.
• Act as the operational liaison for Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub) and Salesforce.
• Strong grasp of lead lifecycle management, including MQL/SQL definitions, routing logic, and SLA frameworks.
• A data-driven approach.
• A process-oriented builder capable of creating workflows, documenting them clearly, and ensuring team adherence.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with strong communication abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
