Revenue Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete lead routing logic within the CRM system.

• Ensure that all incoming leads are swiftly assigned and systematically track follow-up by human agents.

• Develop and uphold routing rules based on territory, round-robin assignments, and priority tiers.

• Design, implement, and optimize systems for AI-assisted follow-up.

• Make certain that every qualified lead is engaged in a structured, multi-touch approach (5–10 interactions).

• Continuously enhance the utilization of AI for generating messaging, personalizing outreach, and adapting sequences based on lead behavior and signals.

• Serve as the liaison between AI tools and sales teams.

• Monitor and report on lead response times, lead-to-meeting conversion rates, pipeline generation, and the effectiveness of AI-driven outreach.

• Identify obstacles in lead management and conversion through performance monitoring and enhancement strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth.

• Strong expertise in working with CRM systems and managing lead lifecycles.

• Practical experience with automation and AI-driven tools in go-to-market processes.

• Demonstrated ability to design and improve workflows that integrate automation with human sales execution.

• Comfortable handling data, segmentation, and performance metrics.

• AI-savvy operator: capable of applying AI tools to real business workflows rather than merely experimenting with them.

• Experience with partner ecosystems and certification/co-sell motions is advantageous.

• Systems thinker: adept at creating scalable processes instead of depending on manual efforts.

• Connector mindset: bridges gaps between marketing, sales, and technology.

• Outcome-focused: prioritizes pipeline and conversion over mere activity.
