Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the primary expert for our CRM (HubSpot), tasked with developing and directing a CRM strategy that enables the sales and marketing teams to achieve and surpass organizational goals.

• Create and execute processes to strategically identify leads and prospects for sales engagement, ensuring effective distribution among the sales team members.

• Offer ongoing training and support for HubSpot users.

• Design and maintain dashboards and customized reports to monitor sales and marketing KPIs.

• Enhance revenue operations by optimizing and streamlining sales and marketing processes.

• Assess sales performance data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Develop, construct, and refine automated workflows along with other process enhancements to improve marketing and sales operations.

• Ensure a seamless data exchange between HubSpot and connected platforms.

• Assist in the creation and execution of Rev Ops strategies and tactics that extend beyond sales and marketing, aiming to optimize revenue through operational enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an analyst in sales and marketing operations or a related domain.

• Knowledge of predictive analysis and data visualization methodologies.

• Prior experience with API integrations, automated workflows, and data management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.

• Extensive experience with CRMs, particularly HubSpot.

• Strong background with BI tools such as Tableau and Dataiku.

• Proficient in MS Office and other internal insurance-related software, systems, or applications.

• Capable of effective communication using platforms like Slack and MS Teams.

• Comfortable with screen sharing and video conferencing.
