Revenue Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You transform data into tangible revenue opportunities and ensure they are realized through intelligent processes and tools.

• You consistently evaluate metrics throughout the entire revenue funnel, including lead volume, conversion rates, and forecasts.

• You create impactful dashboards and reports that enhance the transparency of sales performance, funnel KPIs, and forecasts.

• You spearhead projects aimed at optimizing processes and aligning the operations of our go-to-market teams.

• You assist in identifying and executing synergies within the Embrace HR family.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess an outstanding university degree, such as in Business Administration, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in areas related to Revenue Operations, lead management, Customer Success, sales, or similar fields.

• You are skilled in preparing and interpreting data, utilizing tools such as Excel, BI systems, or CRM platforms.

• You think critically, work methodically, and enjoy delving into data, models, and relationships, while enhancing workflows and experimenting with new technologies.

• You demonstrate a strong initiative, thrive at the intersections of teams, and find joy in merging diverse perspectives.

• Proficient German language skills (at least C2 level) are required.

• Ideally, you have some experience with prompting, n8n, Python, or R.
