This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• Lead and enhance REDW's revenue operations strategy.

• Advocate for our HubSpot platform to optimize tool usage, adoption, and integration.

• Create dashboards and reporting models that equip leadership with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine lead management, pipeline processes, automations, and operational workflows.

• Promote data quality, governance, and visibility throughout the client lifecycle.

• Engage with external vendors for project support as necessary to integrate our systems and enhance communications.

• Provide frontline CRM support while promoting user adoption and ensuring process consistency.

• Collaborate with executive leaders to pinpoint opportunities that enhance growth, efficiency, client acquisition, and ongoing success.

• Assist in scaling the systems and processes that facilitate REDW's next phase of development.

• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM Administration.

• At least 2 years of management experience.

• Preferred: HubSpot Administration Certification.

• Solid understanding of sales operations, pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.

• Experience with integrations, workflow automations, data management, and AI.

• Proven track record in building and managing sales/marketing systems and processes.

• Demonstrated success in leading projects and collaborating across various departments.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with leaders at all organizational levels.
