This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance HubSpot (CRM architecture, workflows, automation, integrations).
• Create and execute scalable processes throughout the entire revenue lifecycle (lead → deal → revenue).
• Assess and oversee additional tools within the GTM stack (e.g., attribution, forecasting, reporting).
• Establish and uphold a clean, dependable source of truth for revenue data.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue performance.
• Convert data into actionable insights for leadership and GTM teams.
• Set up forecasting methodologies and best practices for pipeline management.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in funnel performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership on revenue planning and goal-setting.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Talent, Partnerships, and Finance.
• Standardize processes and definitions across teams (e.g., stages, KPIs, attribution).
• Assist in compensation planning, territory design, and performance tracking.
• Develop the RevOps roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Establish the groundwork for future team expansion (hiring, tooling, processes).
• Provide structure in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• 5–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Strong data fluency—proficient in working with datasets, creating reports, and recognizing trends.
• Experience in designing dashboards and forecasting models.
• Familiarity with integrations and data flows (without needing to be a full engineer).
• Preferred background in entertainment, media, talent management, or the creator economy.
• Builder mindset: you enjoy creating order from chaos.
• Strategic thinker who is also willing to execute.
• Excellent cross-functional communicator capable of influencing without authority.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a larger vision.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms (not required but a plus).
• Exposure to commission planning and incentive design (not required but a plus).
