This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main administrator for HubSpot, ensuring that the Sales and Marketing Hubs are organized, accurately configured, and fully optimized for everyday commercial activities.
• Enhance aggressive seller acquisition and onboarding efficiency by partnering with cross-functional category teams to create and implement effective marketing automation and sales funnel workflows.
• Foster ongoing seller success by developing and maintaining high-quality sales and account management enablement materials, playbooks, and resource kits.
• Improve daily marketplace operations by auditing CRM data integrity, managing lead distribution, and addressing pipeline operational challenges.
• Take full responsibility for tracking commercial performance by owning, constructing, and updating all revenue-related assets, reports, and leadership dashboards.
• Work closely with internal marketing and product teams to integrate platform data with CRM tools, ensuring a cohesive view of the seller journey.
• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate category KPIs, identify operational trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance conversion rates.
• 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, with a strong business acumen and a highly analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Full professional fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Practical experience administering CRM platforms, with in-depth knowledge of HubSpot (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub setup, sequences, and workflows).
• Strong technical skills in data analysis, pipeline tracking, and creating multi-metric dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to organize chaotic business processes and convert them into structured, automated system workflows.
• Excellent communication abilities with the capability to build cross-functional relationships and produce clear enablement documentation for sales teams.
