This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify, develop, and deliver continuous training related to product updates, market trends, and effective selling techniques.
• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement teams to pinpoint training deficiencies and create resources to address those needs.
• Design and implement onboarding programs tailored for revenue functions.
• Establish metrics and reporting systems to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Coordinate AI capabilities (in collaboration with the AI Office/Product Development) to enhance prospecting, campaigns, active opportunities, and renewals (such as conducting organizational and bio research, sector trend analysis, and regional/global talent trends).
• Collaborate with sales leadership to consolidate insights from successes and failures, transforming competitive intelligence into actionable strategies.
• Perform gap analyses to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to proactively anticipate business and market requirements.
• Standardize sales processes and workflows; implement tools and automation to boost efficiency (including CRM hygiene and pipeline management).
• Maintain a general understanding and basic knowledge of technology/sales training platforms (e.g., Articulate or similar).
• Utilize B2B training experience to establish best practices focused on sales.
• Leverage industry knowledge regarding instructional design trends specifically related to sales and revenue growth functions.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales enablement role is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or sales training is preferred.
• Experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven, excelling in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes collaboration, feedback, and learning.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce within a complex global deployment is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (such as Seismic, Highspot, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
