This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of designing and advancing PAR’s Revenue Operations operating model across three ownership lanes: Process (Revenue Performance), Tools & Data (Revenue Architecture), and Governance (Commercial Control).
• Build and manage a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering accountability, capability development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee PAR’s comprehensive revenue operating model and commercial execution framework within the Restaurant Vertical.
• Convert executive strategy into scalable systems, clear ownership, and measurable execution; act as the architect of PAR’s revenue operating system.
• Serve as the vital link between executive strategy and field execution, ensuring alignment across commercial objectives, processes, systems, and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and General Managers to enhance accountability, forecasting discipline, and revenue performance.
• Act as a strategic advisor on segmentation, pricing governance, GTM structure, and overall revenue architecture.
• Propel enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance revenue predictability, sales productivity, customer expansion, and operating leverage.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to boost scalability and simplify processes.
• Direct the Salesforce platform strategy, including consolidation, data integrity, integration architecture, and CPQ governance.
• Manage executive-level revenue intelligence, encompassing pipeline governance, bookings integrity, forecasting, attainment analytics, and investor-facing reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture the RevOps team while cultivating a culture of ownership, simplification, and execution speed.
• 8-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with a strong background in the SaaS industry.
• Extensive Salesforce knowledge across Sales Cloud, CPQ, MDQ, and Advanced Approvals — with architectural fluency, not just configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing platform consolidations, CPQ governance initiatives, and revenue architecture projects at scale.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-design capabilities; adept at translating executive direction into sustainable operating models.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including experience with executive- and investor-facing communication.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing RevOps or Sales Operations teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Familiarity with Gong, Adobe Sign, Gainsight, Avalara, and the contemporary revenue tech stack.
• Capable of functioning as both architect and operator — defining long-term vision while driving immediate execution.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and complex problem spaces.
