This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of our overall technical architecture aimed at revenue acceleration, aligning it with our comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Innovate continuously to enhance our technology stack by acting promptly on feedback. Embrace best-in-class practices and stay connected to cutting-edge insights via external RevOps and sales networks.
• Implement impeccable change management during new deployments while fostering a culture of experimentation.
• Ensure the integrity and ongoing enhancement of our CRM platform (Salesforce) and its related tools.
• Evaluate the current technology stack to identify opportunities for optimization and integration, enhancing data accuracy, reporting, and automation.
• Lead knowledge transfer regarding tools and technology to ensure sales teams maximize usage, efficiency, and productivity.
• Work in collaboration with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration, data governance, and security.
• Design, develop, document, and implement essential sales end-to-end processes and assign ownership.
• Create and implement processes, workflows, and automation that enhance internal efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of our teams, providing greater value to our customers.
• Establish policy documentation covering all sales operations topics, including lead management, opportunity management, splits, account allocation, segmentation, etc.
• Define and uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance, data integrity, and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with sales leaders and RevOps leaders on significant change initiatives to integrate processes, documentation, and tools into the change strategy.
• Manage and mentor a team of process analysts, sales technology specialists, Salesforce administrators/engineers (both individual contributors and team leads).
• Offer guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and performance.
• Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Set clear performance expectations, track progress, and provide regular feedback and recognition.
• Partner with other RevOps leaders to deliver projects cohesively, advocating for the requirements of other RevOps teams in new initiatives and communicating broadly and early.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical or technical-adjacent teams in Revenue Operations as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP within a high-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities, necessitating strong project management and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong project management expertise, with the ability to prioritize tasks, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record in managing and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance while remaining hands-on when necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the strategic thinking ability to collaborate with other GTM leaders in setting and executing strategies for GTM success.
• Comprehensive knowledge of managing and deploying key sales tools, including Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense. Familiarity with all these tools is not mandatory, but a willingness to explore new tools at a foundational level is essential.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance processes and workflows for GTM teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into specific, actionable needs.
• Analytical mindset, capable of gathering and interpreting data to inform decisions, generate insights, and drive improvements.
• Exceptionally strong communicator and influencer, skilled at partnering, persuading, and aligning stakeholders at all levels, with experience in change management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with remote work is not a requirement but is considered advantageous.
