📋 Description

• Create and oversee the Marketing Calendar in SharePoint, ensuring synchronization across campaigns, partnerships, and business development efforts.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on Marketing & Alliance performance metrics, encompassing campaign KPIs, BDR activities, website traffic, and engagement on social media platforms.

• Administer alliance funding procedures (SAP & AWS MDF requests, claims, and tracking).

• Offer project management or additional support for Revenue Operations initiatives such as website refreshes, YouTube channel development, AWS/SAP alliance site content, AWS marketplace listings, collateral updates, pitch deck template redesigns, and the conversion of standard collateral into portrait PPT for self-customization by the sales team.

• Generate bi-weekly forecasts for bookings.

• Manage Revenue Operations tools including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Evaboot, etc. Assist in maximizing the utilization of these tools for the benefit of apiphani as a whole and ensure effective adoption by all new sellers.

• Catalog all customer-facing assets and existing sales enablement materials.

• Help assess whether assets should remain unchanged, be updated, or be retired.

• Support the collateral update project, ensuring timely development and review of new or updated materials by either internal apiphani resources or contractors.

• Oversee the Sales, Marketing, and Alliance Partner SharePoint sites, ensuring intuitive folder organization, content currency, and version control.

• Ensure that all revenue operations assets (elevator pitch, call scripts, email templates, collateral, pitch decks, proposal templates, competitive analysis, battle cards, etc.) are current, organized, version-controlled, and accessible via SharePoint (or any future knowledge management platform) to all Revenue Operations Team members and Leadership.

• Act as the primary point of contact for SharePoint content posting, updates, and notifications to stakeholders.

• Assist the CRO and VP of Marketing and Alliances in enhancing the Sales Enablement function necessary for scaling apiphani to $100M.

• Aid in developing comprehensive onboarding programs for new Account Executives, including access, overview, and necessary training on company positioning, competitive landscape, solution value, differentiation, and all customer-facing assets and prospecting materials (call scripts, email templates, elevator pitch, collateral, pitch decks, proposal templates, discontinuation letters, etc.).

• Support the CRO and VP of Marketing and Alliances in future enablement initiatives essential for ensuring smooth, predictable revenue growth, including customer segmentation, territory or industry vertical management, and strategic account planning.

• Provide project management support for strategic initiatives within Revenue Operations, such as individual business development initiatives or marketing campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations (sales, marketing, customer success, partner management, or sales enablement), preferably within B2B technology or professional consulting services.

• Strong familiarity with marketing and sales technology stacks: HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and project management platforms like Asana.

• Experience in managing performance metrics, creating reporting dashboards, and developing KPIs for revenue operations: funnel addition, pipeline coverage, sales velocity, bookings, close rates, days in sales, MQL/SQL conversion rates.

• Excellent organizational abilities; capacity to manage calendars, processes, and content assets.

• Strong project management capabilities with the aptitude to drive initiatives to completion.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
