This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of mid-funnel sales lifecycle processes (Discovery → Close), which includes defining stages, maintaining pipeline hygiene, providing forecasting inputs, and establishing opportunity management standards.
• Oversee territory planning, segmentation, account-to-rep mapping, transitions of ownership, and continuous maintenance of territory hygiene.
• Facilitate clarity and governance processes for ISV, Strategic Partnerships, and Marketplace initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and smooth handoffs.
• Manage cross-functional projects comprehensively across Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Analytics, and RevOps.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy and pipeline health by improving the quality and instrumentation of mid-funnel data.
• Responsible for documentation and change management pertaining to all mid-funnel, territory, and partnership processes.
• Collaborate with Business Systems on Salesforce workflows, opportunity layouts, territory regulations, and enhancements to GTM tooling.
• Work alongside Revenue Enablement to train teams on updates to processes, territory changes, and the adoption of new tools.
• A BA/BS or an equivalent four-year degree is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, with a background in pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is essential (prior experience as an administrator is advantageous).
• Practical experience in territory design, including segmentation logic, account scoring, ownership routing, and managing transitions at scale.
• Experience in designing and documenting comprehensive sales processes, including stage definitions, SLAs, territory rules, and operating cadences.
