This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in evaluating sales performance, pipeline health, renewal trends, and other revenue metrics utilizing Alteryx's internal data sources.
• Collaborate with the Insights & Analytics team to create and update reports and dashboards for GTM stakeholders.
• Aid in the development of ad-hoc analyses and scenario models to guide decisions related to pipeline strategy and revenue forecasting.
• Contribute to executive reporting materials by summarizing essential metrics and highlighting relevant trends in a clear and concise manner.
• Help transform complex data outputs into understandable narratives suitable for senior leadership audiences.
• Work with Business Partners to collect data, verify inputs, and present relevant findings that support their planning and stakeholder discussions.
• Assist in the weekly and monthly reporting processes by consolidating data, updating templates, and identifying anomalies or notable trends.
• Help prepare QBR materials, ensuring data accuracy and assisting in crafting slides across Sales and the GTM organization.
• Collaborate with team members to validate data and ensure consistency across reporting inputs from various GTM functions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency or data quality and suggest simple solutions for broader team adoption.
• Gain hands-on experience with Alteryx's product as a data analysis and workflow automation tool.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Previous coursework, projects, or internship experience in business analysis, operations, or data-driven roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models or B2B go-to-market concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable engaging with data to uncover patterns, inconsistencies, and actionable insights; keen to develop deeper quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential; exposure to BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL is a plus.
• Experience with Alteryx Designer is an added advantage.
• Ability to clearly and concisely summarize findings in both written and visual formats for a business audience.
• Team-oriented, intellectually curious, and at ease asking questions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting practical solutions, even with incomplete information.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity or analytical workflows (not required but is a plus) – whether in coursework, a previous role, or a personal project – and a willingness to explore their application in a RevOps context.
