This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Construct and enhance the architecture of HubSpot CRM
• Design lifecycle and deal stages
• Develop scalable sales pipelines and workflows
• Implement systems for lead scoring and segmentation
• Create dashboards and systems for KPI reporting
• Oversee contact properties, routing, and attribution tracking
• Ensure the cleanliness and operational integrity of the CRM
• Build automations utilizing HubSpot, Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
• Create automated systems for lead routing
• Develop SMS and email nurturing sequences
• Implement onboarding automation processes
• Design workflows for no-shows, follow-ups, and reactivations
• Automate repetitive operational tasks
• Enhance speed-to-lead and response management
• Create executive dashboards and operational reports
• Monitor metrics such as CPL, CAC, show rates, close rates, funding approval rates, lead source ROI, rep performance, pipeline velocity, and lifecycle conversion
• Identify operational bottlenecks and revenue loss
• Enhance sales efficiency and conversion strategies
• Improve the client experience from initial contact to fulfillment
• Optimize onboarding, communication, reminders, and follow-up processes
• Minimize operational friction and lead leakage
• Integrate marketing, sales, setters, closers, and fulfillment into a unified operating system
• Proficient experience with HubSpot
• Background in RevOps or Sales Operations
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks)
• Expertise in CRM architecture and pipeline design
• Proven experience in building workflows and lifecycle automations
• Proficient in dashboard creation and KPI reporting
• Strong systems thinking capabilities
• Ability to collaborate directly with a founder/operator
• Bonus Experience: Familiarity with funding/business credit industry, high-ticket sales organizations, lead generation businesses, appointment-setting environments, credit repair or financial services, call center workflows, AI workflow automation, lifecycle marketing, funnel systems, and attribution modeling
