Revenue Operations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Sales (SVP) to establish monthly and quarterly sales commitments.

• Monitor, assess, and report on forecasting and pipeline activities within a designated business segment.

• Engage with the sales team to promote behaviors within Salesforce.com that foster accurate pipeline development and maintain consistent forecast hygiene.

• Partner with the SVP to strategize and communicate go-to-market initiatives, technology refreshes, and other sales campaigns.

• Work alongside our national contracts team to ensure adherence to all contract-related sales processes.

• Assist with the onboarding of new account managers to guarantee they are equipped for success within the assigned segment.

• Generate and analyze territory analytics reports relating to key sales data to support management's decision-making processes.

• Strive to enhance internal productivity and customer experience by pinpointing gaps and areas for improvement within current sales processes.

• Serve as the primary negotiator and signatory for Presidio legal agreements (MSA, NDA, etc.).

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to structure and execute complex deals.

• Organize and conduct customer business reviews for high-touch clients on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Participate in weekly forecast and commit calls for all sales regions within the segment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military background.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales operations management is required.

• Proven ability to lead both managers and individual contributors effectively.

• Operational experience with key vendor partners (Cisco Systems, EMC, VMWare).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
