This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Analyze and interpret sales data to enhance productivity in the field sales team.
• Generate reports on forecasts, achievements, pipeline, trends, and projections from representatives to VP level.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, IT, and Marketing to enhance the implementation of Salesforce.com.
• Work alongside HR and the CRO to assess performance and monitor attainment and activity metrics.
• Assist in communicating goals to Sales VPs and ensure field teams receive consistent and relevant objectives.
• Coordinate with Operations Reporting and Sales Enablement to refine reporting and focus on curriculum.
• Create and uphold a rolling six-month calendar of sales meetings and events.
• Facilitate agendas for staff meetings and enhance CRO visibility in the field.
• Collaborate with the CRO and Finance to set regional and solution-based growth objectives, hiring requirements, and expense budgets.
• Develop compensation plans that align with organizational goals.
• Maintain global rules of engagement and compensation documentation.
• Ensure precise global forecasting in conjunction with Sales leadership, CRO, VP Sales, and Finance.
• Conduct forecast calls in the absence of Sales leadership and compile deal data as necessary.
• Monitor deal movement at quarter-end and provide comprehensive scoreboard visibility to senior sales leadership.
• Deliver weekly bookings reports to senior management and the Board.
• Prepare monthly presentations for the Board.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Sales leadership on annual budgets and ongoing six-quarter plans.
• Support overall global sales headcount planning and maintain staffing capacity in relation to open requisitions.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and communicate request statuses to internal stakeholders.
• Quick execution and ability to accomplish tasks efficiently.
• Strong skills in process management and analytics.
• Ability to work with data and narrate a story based on it.
• Excellent strategic and operational insight.
• Understanding of business objectives and management of execution details.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional administrative and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record in managing a team and overseeing long-term strategic projects.

• Substantial experience with software programs, databases, and sales force automation systems.

• Flexibility and adaptability in challenging circumstances.
• Experience in data management and reporting.
• Experience in leading sales operations for a technology company is highly desirable.
• Background in direct or indirect sales within a technology company is a plus.
