This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate quotes and sales orders throughout Novara's quote-to-order process.
• Verify products, quantities, pricing, discounts, contract stipulations, necessary approvals, and accompanying documentation.
• Facilitate deal approvals and assist with non-standard deal approval submissions.
• Develop and manage quotes, order forms, and sales orders within Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP or order-management systems.
• Ensure that executed agreements are consistent with CRM and CPQ records.
• Compile booking and sales-order packages for transition to Billing and Accounting.
• Oversee Sales Operations and Deal Desk queues, achieve service levels, and escalate issues as needed.
• Keep precise records for accounts, opportunities, quotes, contracts, orders, renewals, and bookings.
• Validate renewal quotes and orders.
• Create booking, sales-order, commission, reporting, and reconciliation documentation.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, templates, approval matrices, and operational guidelines.
• Identify recurring challenges and propose workflow enhancements.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end bookings closure, sales-order reconciliations, and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Implementation, Accounting, and Revenue Operations.
• Note that billing runs and invoice generation are handled by Billing and Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 0–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Order Management, Commercial Operations, Finance, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM or CPQ, ERP or order-management systems, SaaS pricing, or commercial contracts is preferred.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of formulas and lookups is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on service orientation.
• Capability to follow procedures, evaluate transaction completeness, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Proficiency in handling multiple requests and managing period-end workload in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven commitment to data accuracy, process adherence, and operational excellence.
