This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Evaluate the velocity of the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and various stages to pinpoint obstacles and enhance the overall health of the funnel.
• Assess the productivity of RSM/AE, performance across territories, and time-to-close metrics, while aiding in the development of sales capacity and resource planning models.
• Deliver analytical assistance for weekly and monthly sales forecasts, as well as annual planning cycles, through the creation and maintenance of forecasting models and associated data sets.
• Examine specific metrics related to the installed base (such as Upsell/Cross-sell rates, NRR, and churn signals) to support the account management and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as the data steward for essential sales fields within the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring that the data is accurate, consistent, and organized to facilitate precise reporting.
• Create and manage dashboards that offer real-time insights into sales performance relative to goals for both leadership and frontline managers.
• Demonstrated capability to gather, synthesize, and convert complex data and quantitative analyses into clear, actionable insights and impactful presentations designed for executive, functional, and operational audiences.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, with exposure to the complete sales cycle (including New Logo and Expansion).
• In-depth functional understanding of the entire B2B Sales process.
• Advanced experience in reporting and modeling sales data within Salesforce (or similar CRM systems).
• High proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Looker).
