This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in creating and implementing a systematic approach to value demonstration with our clients, which is crucial for enterprise-level partnerships.
• Take ownership of the overall performance and usage of the Customer Success (CS) tech stack, collaborating with cross-functional system owners and administrators (e.g., Salesforce Admin, IT, Data and Analytics) to ensure data integrity, establish a single and accurate source of truth within Salesforce, and coordinate operations and processes.
• Develop and implement reporting tools to proactively evaluate customer health, uncover growth opportunities, and collaborate with the CS Team to tackle potential customer challenges.
• Work cross-functionally to create new processes and reporting tools that empower the team to operate more efficiently.
• Be the reliable, trusted resource that resolves issues, answers inquiries, and takes on valuable tasks to enhance the effectiveness of the CS team.
• Engage in various revenue-related operational projects, particularly focusing on top-of-funnel operations such as lead management, conversion funnel, and SDR workflows to ensure a high-velocity environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role (sales operations, quantitative analysis, consulting, strategy, etc.) with the ability to work proficiently with data (particularly Tableau, Google Sheets) and various systems to provide reporting and identify patterns or solutions.
• Advanced analytical expertise and proficiency with Excel (Google Sheets) is essential, along with substantial experience in Salesforce operations or administration.
• A proactive “doer” with a flexible mindset – someone who is naturally inclined to take initiative and is enthusiastic about addressing new challenges, even when complete information or instructions are not available.
• Ability to shift focus between detailed aspects of the business and the broader strategic picture.
• Experience in Clinical or Healthcare Informatics is advantageous, though not mandatory.
