This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for the routine reporting of leads, opportunities, pipeline, renewals, and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Oversees financial models, including commission calculations, forecast inputs, and bookings-to-revenue bridges, while preserving the integrity of existing logic.
• Assists in the weekly pipeline forecasting process, which encompasses data preparation, tracking deal movements, and translating pipeline changes into revenue impact.
• Manages Salesforce data integrity, including field maintenance, dashboard updates, data quality checks, and basic automation (formula fields).
• Creates reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing, analyzing trends to pinpoint opportunities for revenue growth and enhancement of retention.
• Develops long-term post-sale analytics, including renewal, expansion, and net revenue retention reporting in collaboration with the Strategic Accounts team.
• Researches, assesses, and recommends tools and vendors, overseeing implementation, rollout, and user training.
• Documents processes and maintains standard operating procedures to ensure that commercial workflows are repeatable and not reliant on any single individual.
• Aids in sales operations functions such as maintaining territories and quotas, providing deal desk support, and executing commission plans.
• Identifies and prototypes automation and AI-driven enhancements to minimize manual effort across the commercial organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, data analytics, financial analytics, or commercial analytics.
• Proven reliability in managing recurring reporting and operational deliverables, with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to maintain complex models without disrupting existing logic.
• Practical Salesforce experience, encompassing report and dashboard creation, data quality management, and familiarity with administrative tasks.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into clear, actionable insights.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance stakeholders.
• Good judgment in managing confidential financial and commercial information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to present findings to diverse audiences.
