This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborate with the revenue team to facilitate reporting and analytics production, manage Deal Desk operations, and ensure Salesforce data integrity.
• Create and sustain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting packages, dashboards, and workbooks.
• Develop, maintain, and validate Salesforce reports and dashboards; assist with Tableau reporting requirements.
• Conduct reporting quality assurance, perform variance analysis, and validate data accuracy.
• Support the management of the Deal Desk queue and opportunity reviews within Salesforce.
• Aid in the operational processes for renewals, amendments, cancellations, and closed-won deals.
• Document essential RevOps and Deal Desk workflows.
• Assist in identifying recurring issues and manual tasks that need to be documented, standardized, or automated.
• Typically 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or data analytics.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards, with knowledge of Salesforce opportunity and deal management processes.
• Strong Excel capabilities and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; capable of managing competing priorities while supporting Pacific Time business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
