This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and sustain scalable KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks within Sigma.
• Take ownership of the precision, consistency, and documentation of core revenue metrics and definitions across the GTM organization.
• Collaborate with Data teams to model and organize data in Snowflake for scalable self-service reporting.
• Enhance dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and the evolving questions of the business.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting through models and analyses of pipeline coverage.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
• Analyze the variance between forecast and actual results, recommending necessary adjustments.
• Create scenario models for senior leadership discussions and planning sessions.
• Examine customer lifecycle patterns from lead generation to renewal, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Aid in annual and quarterly planning, goal-setting, territory design, and capacity planning.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on segmentation, channel performance, win/loss trends, and customer health.
• Prepare presentations and narratives suitable for executive-level audiences.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data across Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake.
• Establish and uphold data governance standards for revenue metrics and reporting.
• Automate recurring reports and resolve data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on metrics, definitions, and reporting schedules.
• Support territory planning, compensation design, and pipeline generation initiatives through data and analysis.
• 3–5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or financial analysis, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Practical experience in creating dashboards and reports in Sigma (required) or similar BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Background in supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, or strategic/annual planning processes.
• Strong SQL proficiency and comfort with large, complex datasets.
• Capability to develop and maintain forecasting and scenario models.
• Solid understanding of pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC, retention/churn, and revenue attribution.
• Ability to convert complex, ambiguous data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership and influencing decisions through data and analysis.
• Strong project management capabilities, capable of handling multiple analyses and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in executive-level presentations.
• Analytical and detail-focused, with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Inquisitive, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Bonus: Experience with Marketo, Customer.io, HockeyStack, compensation planning, or territory design.
