This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership of pipeline generation.

• Establish repeatable growth systems.
• 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related positions within B2B SaaS or AI.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline or revenue, not just generating leads.
• Experience operating within a sales-led model, ideally targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Possess a builder mindset.
• Strong comprehension of funnels, conversion rates, and attribution.
• Data-driven yet action-focused.
• Collaborative and commercially minded.
