This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients and internal RealPage personnel at all levels.

• Navigate intricate or unique business situations to optimally configure Revenue Management.

• Review pricing suggestions for key clients or on behalf of clients to ensure their satisfaction and adoption.

• Engage in regular discussions with site, regional, and asset managers concerning pricing inquiries.

• Investigate and assess model-related inquiries pertaining to Revenue Management with clients.

• Advise clients on parameter evaluations and adjustments, providing strategic recommendations.

• Clearly communicate the value proposition of revenue management and build credibility for its concepts and advantages within client organizations.

• Effectively manage multiple projects and utilize Sales Force to monitor and update project progress.

• Maintain an understanding of the integration with each Property Management System.

• Identify opportunities for the adoption and expansion of RealPage products.

• Prioritize system enhancement requests and coordinate follow-ups with RealPage or the client's product management team.

• Offer insights and feedback from a business user perspective to the RealPage Product team regarding solution features and functionalities.

• Collaborate with other RealPage teams as necessary to ensure timely implementation and overall client success.

• Conduct regular performance measurement analyses and provide reporting to senior management on financial outcomes, revenue management adoption patterns, leasing velocity, and market conditions.

• Mentor junior advisors across all core competencies and tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to influence others.

• Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Familiarity with RealPage products or other property management software.

• Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% and occasionally work outside regular business hours depending on workload.

• Proven ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
