
Revenue Lifecycle Manager – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• You will take charge of the revenue journey following customer acquisition.
• Your focus will be on the economics of our customer lifecycle: enhancing Net Revenue Retention (NRR), streamlining expansion paths, and proactively addressing churn.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of unit economics.
• You will be tasked with tracking, analyzing, and enhancing NRR, GRR, LTV:CAC ratios, and expansion velocity.
• Chart the complete post-sales customer journey.
• Identify the friction points where trial users disengage or expansion slows, and develop experiments to address these issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Assist in building, testing, and refining our automated expansion triggers, renewal playbooks, and lifecycle email campaigns.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, or Customer Success Operations within a B2B SaaS context.
• A comprehensive understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, LTV, CAC).
• Practical experience with contemporary SaaS tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce, Stripe, Mixpanel/Amplitude, ChurnZero/Gainsight, or similar platforms).
• A demonstrated history of measurably enhancing retention or expansion revenue.
• No enterprise baggage: We prioritize agility, constant experimentation, and adaptability.
• Ideally, you possess experience working with small business customers in the US.
