This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Conducts research and resolves complex collection account balances in accordance with DaVita's policies and procedures.
• Provides continuous training and support for fellow Revenue Specialist teammates.
• Executes data trending analyses, quality assurance evaluations, and examinations of key metrics.
• Analyzes weekly and monthly key metrics to spot trends or areas that require attention.
• Detects payer trends and identifies the root causes of billing or claim exceptions.
• Serves as a resource for teammates’ inquiries and assists with issues related to focus areas and challenging payer situations.
• Suggests modifications to collection teams, tools, policies, and procedures.
• Conducts quality assurance evaluations of work output and provides constructive feedback to both teammates and management.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred two to four years of experience in healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle management.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary.
