This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aimed at enhancing retention, satisfaction, and growth objectives.
• Utilize learning analytics and customer experience (CX) performance data to assess and enhance the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and CX leadership to propel initiatives that incorporate AI and automation into CX processes.
• Create, curate, and sustain impactful enablement materials for CX teams.
• Conduct engaging workshops, webinars, and training sessions employing blended learning methodologies.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX Leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
• Leverage and manage the CX technology stack to enhance efficiency and insights.
• Oversee strategic enablement initiatives from inception to execution.
• Analyze CX metrics to uncover skill gaps and inform ongoing improvement strategies.
• Serve as a vital partner to CX leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize customer onboarding and retention strategies.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience within a SaaS setting, including at least 1 year in a role focused on Enablement.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enablement programs that yield measurable improvements.
• Proficiency with essential go-to-market (GTM) and enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Skilljar, WorkRamp, Articulate, Outreach.io, LeanData).
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple initiatives and facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration.
• A solid analytical mindset with the capability to convert performance data and metrics into actionable enablement strategies.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and executive presence, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments, with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and the evolving landscape of enablement and AI.
