This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversees the development and implementation of suitable training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools designed to assist our salesforce in promoting our Agility products.
• Maintains a consistent communication schedule with all sales teams, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed about new product features.
• Responsible for various aspects of foundational and ongoing learning initiatives for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, development and delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
• Collaborates with the Agility Marketing department to produce any necessary written promotional materials.
• Analyzes metrics and generates reports on the outcomes of enablement programs, effectively communicating results to all executive stakeholders.
• Manages a variety of sales enablement projects and coordinates related activities.
• Provides on-demand product demo support to sales staff, offering feedback on areas for improvement as needed.
• Regularly maintains and updates competitive battlecards, specializing in Database, Social Listening, and Media Monitoring.
• Works alongside the Director of Media Intelligence Solutions to address customer requirements from an Engineering perspective, conveying features that Account Executives and Prospects/Clients believe would positively influence sales revenue.
• Performs additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales and/or Account Management with a proven history of success.
• Extensive experience in tactical sales management.
• Ability to train others in effective listening, presentation, and closing techniques.
• Strong people and customer management skills, particularly in problem-solving, are crucial.
• Essential ability to identify potential problems and propose clear, concise solutions.
• Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and personalities.
• Must be able to interpret information and convert it into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with sales training frameworks such as Sandler or similar methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, training content design, and B2B selling is advantageous.
• Proficient computer skills in Salesforce, Salesloft, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Proven track record of integrity and honesty, with the ability to foster these values in others.
• Experience in Media Intelligence, media monitoring, or Professional Services environments is considered a plus.
