Revenue Cycle Specialist I, Cash Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Offers billing assistance to Patient Financial Services, carrying out tasks such as payment posting and account follow-up.

• Oversees assigned work queues and manages workload efficiently.

• Handles incoming correspondence proficiently.

• Verifies that account information is comprehensive and precise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; an associate degree or college diploma is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in hospital or professional billing and/or collections is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in hospital billing or collections is preferred.

• Familiarity with cash management, payment posting, and the ability to interpret and explain EOBs is advantageous.
