Revenue Cycle Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently process and manage the high volume of NSA workstream email inflow and dispute updates.

• Analyze complex requests from arbitrators and deliver clear, precise responses and solutions.

• Utilize NSA workstream expertise to adjust to changing behaviors of payors and arbitrators.

• Track NSA principles, deadlines, claim statuses, eligibility, remittance, and payor portal activities.

• Ensure precise data entry for high-volume tasks.

• Assist with additional assigned responsibilities.

• Contribute to advancing Radiology Partners’ mission of transforming radiology through innovative healthcare services and technology.

• Strong skills in organization, analysis, and problem-solving.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• A collaborative team player who is adaptable and eager to take on new challenges.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or remote work settings.
