This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Oversee a revenue cycle team or region with direct oversight of managers.
β’ Foster effective communication, sound decision-making, and measurable outcomes for clients.
β’ Attain clearly defined goals for multiple clients within a medical billing services context.
β’ Formulate and implement consistent strategies that promote top-tier service, high-quality results, responsiveness, and clear guidance for both teams and clients.
β’ Collaborate closely with fellow RCMs, senior leadership, and assigned clients, working cross-functionally to evaluate and address staffing, tools, coaching, and training requirements.
β’ Ensure consistent, high-quality daily outcomes that align with established operational standards.
β’ High school diploma or GED certification; an AA degree in Management is preferred.
β’ 3β5 years of management experience.
β’ Experience in ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, or hospital billing settings.
β’ Competence in forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and balancing workloads.
β’ Proven success in performance management and coaching high-performing teams.
β’ Experience in interviewing and selecting candidates that meet team requirements.
β’ Strong orientation towards customer service.
β’ Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Proficient written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
β’ Prior experience in a medical office or call center environment is strongly preferred.
