• Oversee a revenue cycle team or region with direct oversight of managers.
• Foster effective communication, sound decision-making, and measurable outcomes for clients.
• Attain clearly defined goals for multiple clients within a medical billing services context.
• Formulate and implement consistent strategies that promote top-tier service, high-quality results, responsiveness, and clear guidance for both teams and clients.
• Collaborate closely with fellow RCMs, senior leadership, and assigned clients, working cross-functionally to evaluate and address staffing, tools, coaching, and training requirements.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality daily outcomes that align with established operational standards.
• High school diploma or GED certification; an AA degree in Management is preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, or hospital billing settings.
• Competence in forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and balancing workloads.
• Proven success in performance management and coaching high-performing teams.
• Experience in interviewing and selecting candidates that meet team requirements.
• Strong orientation towards customer service.
• Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in a medical office or call center environment is strongly preferred.
