Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct insurance adjudication, provide customer service, and manage patient collection activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues.

• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from both internal and external customers.

• Utilize software and company systems for reporting data accurately.

• Address and resolve matters pertaining to claim adjudication.

• Possession of a High School diploma or its equivalent.

• Relevant job or industry experience is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in problem solving and collaborative analysis.

• A self-driven individual with keen attention to detail.

• Leadership experience is preferred.
