Revenue Cycle Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Daymark's Revenue Cycle Operations

• Direct comprehensive RCM across all payer categories, primarily concentrating on Original Medicare and value-based contract demographics

• Develop patient billing processes, including statement creation, cost-sharing communication, and collections procedures

• Manage relationships with third-party billing vendors

• Take ownership of the claims and clearinghouse platform, encompassing submission workflows

• Establish and monitor RCM KPIs: clean claim rate, denial rate, days in AR, net collection rate

• Facilitate precise risk adjustment operations

• Convert billing and compliance necessities into scalable operational workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a third-party billing vendor and a claims/clearinghouse platform

• Knowledge of HCC coding, risk adjustment identification, and chart review processes

• Acquainted with AI applications in RCM and a genuine enthusiasm for their implementation

• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing healthcare organization is advantageous
