This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Accountable for assisting leadership by spearheading projects, enhancing workflows and processes, and facilitating change implementation.
β’ Recognizes opportunities for metric enhancement, process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
β’ Acts as a subject matter expert for revenue cycle and clinical operations for current practices and external operations.
β’ Analyzes and reports on revenue cycle and clinic operations workflows to discover opportunities for optimization and process enhancement to achieve target metric objectives.
β’ Offers training, support, and workflow optimization related to the revenue cycle.
β’ Executes additional duties as assigned.
β’ At least seven years of experience in revenue cycle operations or a related field.
β’ Expertise in Epic Resolute or comparable revenue cycle systems.
β’ Strong experience in accounts receivable (AR) management and denial prevention/root cause analysis.
β’ Proven proficiency in data analysis, workflow design, and project management.
β’ Epic Certification in Resolute (PB/HB) or related revenue cycle modules is preferred.
β’ Preferred experience with Epic build (Workqueues, rule logic, and claim edits).
β’ Capable of translating operational requirements into scalable Epic solutions.
