This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding initiatives for designated client accounts, encompassing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.

• Develop, update, and enhance onboarding playbooks, job aids, training resources, and process documentation to facilitate scalable delivery.

• Ensure internal readiness across Operations, Technology, Training, and Quality by confirming that necessary people, processes, and technology are in place prior to going live.

• Lead onboarding governance activities (such as kickoffs, status reviews, and steering updates), monitoring risks, issues, dependencies, and action items until their resolution.

• Establish measures of onboarding success and reporting metrics (e.g., adherence to schedule, training completion, readiness checklists, defect trends) while providing clear updates to leadership and clients.

• Assist in change management by synchronizing communications, training, and knowledge transfer strategies to enhance adoption and ensure a consistent client experience.

• Direct post-go-live stabilization efforts, which include hypercare support, issue triage, and transitioning to steady-state operations.

• Document lessons learned and collaborate with Continuous Improvement (CI) to standardize best practices and minimize onboarding cycle time.

• Provide daily leadership for a cross-shore team, including task allocation, coaching, and addressing delivery obstacles.

• Set specific expectations and objectives; conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide performance feedback, and contribute to annual review processes in accordance with company protocols.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Resource Management on recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and capacity planning to meet client and business needs.

• Enhance team capabilities through focused training, cross-training, and documented development plans; identify succession and coverage requirements.

• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement; acknowledge strong performance and promptly address any performance issues.

• Ensure that onboarding activities comply with relevant privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA and the protection of PHI/PII.

• Coordinate necessary access provisioning and role-based access controls with Technology and Operations; verify least-privilege access for tools and systems.

• Confirm that team members involved in client onboarding and delivery complete all required compliance training and attestations.

• Maintain onboarding documentation and evidence necessary for audits and client requirements (e.g., process controls, training records, access approvals).

• Promptly escalate and assist in resolving privacy or security concerns, including suspected incidents, in compliance with established reporting guidelines.

• Collaborate with Sales, Training, Continuous Improvement (CI), Technology, and Operations to integrate relevant inputs into onboarding design and optimization.

• Act as a coordination point to align cross-functional deliverables, identify risks early, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Current permanent work authorization in the US is required.

• At least 6 years of experience in revenue cycle management is necessary.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate global teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations in both hospital and physician environments.

• Experience in one or more Shared Services programs, such as learning, quality assurance, or onboarding.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Limited travel may be required.
