This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the onboarding strategies for designated client accounts, encompassing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance onboarding playbooks, job aids, training resources, and process documentation to facilitate scalable delivery.
• Coordinate internal preparation across Operations, Technology, Training, and Quality to ensure that all people, process, and technology prerequisites are fulfilled before go-live.
• Manage onboarding governance by monitoring risks, issues, dependencies, and action items until resolution.
• Establish success metrics for onboarding and reporting, providing transparent updates to leaders and clients.
• Assist in change management by aligning communications, training, and knowledge transfer strategies to foster adoption and ensure a consistent client experience.
• Direct post-go-live stabilization efforts, including hypercare support, issue triage, and the transition to steady-state operations.
• Document lessons learned and collaborate with Continuous Improvement (CI) to standardize best practices, aiming to shorten onboarding cycle time.
• Offer daily leadership for a cross-shore team, including task allocation, coaching, and eliminating delivery obstacles.
• Set explicit expectations and objectives; conduct regular one-on-ones, provide performance feedback, and contribute to annual review processes in accordance with company protocols.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Resource Management on hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and capacity planning to fulfill client and business needs.
• Ensure onboarding operations comply with relevant privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA and the protection of PHI/PII.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• PMP or PMI certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• At least 8 years of experience in Healthcare, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the capability to manage and inspire global teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within hospital and physician environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong executive presence.
• Extensive project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools.
