Revenue & Billing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate membership fee payments to partners promptly.

• Oversee accounts receivable, which includes posting payments and addressing inquiries.

• Ensure adherence to payer requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.

• Collaborate with providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.

• Generate financial and operational reports pertaining to billing and collections.

• Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives aimed at optimizing billing procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Manage billing activities for a designated portfolio of accounts.

• Interpret commercial contracts, calculate fees and payout distributions, and create precise invoices and payments.

• Monitor cash-pay transaction activity.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing operations, client billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, or a related role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions such as VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP.

• Practical experience supporting a cash-pay or customer-pay business model and handling transaction activity outside of insurance reimbursement workflows.

• Ability to interpret diverse client contracts and accurately apply pricing, fee, and payout terms.

• Resourceful problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to new systems, automation, and approved AI-enabled workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.

• Strong customer service abilities in supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

• Capability to work independently within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Familiarity with automation tools and reporting dashboards.

• Experience with Stripe and/or similar platforms is preferred.

• Proven success in creating standard operating procedures, documenting billing policies, and establishing control checks within financial workflows is preferred.

• Ability to maintain continuous billing operations during crucial team transitions or long-term coverage needs is preferred.

• Candidates located in Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones are preferred.
