This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of recurring reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including pipeline, win rates, ARR, funnel performance, churn/retention metrics, and usage statistics.
β’ Develop and sustain reporting infrastructure utilizing Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Salesforce.
β’ Guarantee that reports are accurate, timely, and accessible to the appropriate stakeholders.
β’ Proactively identify trends and generate insights β donβt wait for requests.
β’ Create and design standard and mid-complexity dashboards for Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders.
β’ Work closely with the Senior Director to architect high-visibility dashboards for executive-level audiences.
β’ Set dashboard standards, including naming conventions, refresh schedules, and data source documentation.
β’ Foster a self-service reporting culture by building trustworthy dashboards that users can operate independently.
β’ Recognize and eliminate manual, repetitive tasks across the BD&I team and GTM stakeholders.
β’ Create automated workflows using Salesforce, Looker Studio, and related tools.
β’ Document automation procedures and maintain operational runbooks for essential recurring processes.
β’ Manage complex and ambiguous ad hoc requests effectively.
β’ Translate business queries into clear analytical frameworks and convey findings succinctly β through writing, dashboards, and live presentations.
β’ Act as the escalation point for data quality and Salesforce issues β investigate root causes and drive resolutions.
β’ Establish and uphold data standards across the reporting domains for which you are responsible.
β’ Ensure that GTM KPI definitions are consistent and properly documented.
β’ 5β8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM/Revenue Operations β with significant experience in a startup or rapidly growing SaaS environment.
β’ Proven ability to function independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.
β’ Demonstrated ownership of reporting across at least two GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success).
β’ Strong expertise in Looker Studio or a similar BI tool (such as Tableau or Power BI).
β’ Practical experience with Salesforce, including reporting, data modeling, and CRM operations.
β’ Proficient in SQL with BigQuery or equivalent cloud data warehouse experience.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β comfortable presenting insights to leadership.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
