Revenue Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.

• Partner with the Lead Revenue Manager to create and implement data-driven pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation strategies.

• Collaborate with property partners and cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and financial strategy, to promote growth and profitability within Kasa’s US portfolio.

• Evaluate market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to establish optimal yield strategies.

• Project the Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change for the competitive set over the next 90–120 days.

• Develop, implement, monitor, and carry out yield strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and increasing RevPAR Index.

• Track market performance, communicate proactively, and adjust strategies to boost portfolio RevPAR Index Change and financial forecasts.

• Produce and disseminate weekly strategy notes that cover portfolio pickup, strategy impact, new strategy recommendations, and financial forecast risks and opportunities.

• Conduct forecasts aimed at achieving results within +/- 3% of actual figures.

• Drive Length-Of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to enhance Net Revenue and Operating Profit year over year.

• Proven experience in driving revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines through revenue maximization and pricing optimization.

• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to gather, organize, and analyze significant volumes of data.

• Familiarity with revenue management systems, property management systems, and various technology tools.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and financial acumen.

• Ability to assess revenue strategies in relation to overall property business objectives.

• Demonstrated success in formulating and executing strategies that maximize revenue and enhance profitability.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to a high-performing team.

• Willingness to complete a brief Vervoe assessment lasting approximately 45 minutes.
