This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee and facilitate comprehensive billing operations, ensuring the accurate and prompt generation of invoices.

• Track billing cycles, detect issues, and proactively address discrepancies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to guarantee billing accuracy and compliance with contract stipulations.

• Enhance and optimize billing processes and workflows to promote efficiency and scalability.

• Maintain data integrity across billing systems, CRM, and ERP platforms.

• Evaluate revenue performance across various customers, products, and segments to identify trends and potential risks.

• Develop and sustain recurring revenue reports that provide actionable insights.

• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in collaboration with FP&A.

• Reconcile billing and revenue data among systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes related to billing and revenue.

• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper revenue recognition in alignment with ASC 606.

• Aid in audits by supplying necessary documentation and analysis.

• Keep documentation of billing policies and procedures up to date.

• Facilitate enhancements and automation of billing and reporting systems.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and lessen manual efforts.

• Work cross-functionally to enhance data quality and ensure consistent reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in billing operations, revenue analysis, or financial operations.

• Strong comprehension of billing processes and revenue drivers.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (handling large datasets, reconciliations, modeling).

• Experience with CRM and financial systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented setting.
