Epic Prelude, Cadence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and support workflows for Epic Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, Authorizations, and Real-Time Eligibility.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to enhance processes for scheduling, registration, patient access, referral management, and insurance verification.

• Engage in workflow design sessions, build validation, integrated testing, training support, and activities ensuring go-live readiness.

• Aid in standardizing workflows across various health centers within the Epic Orchard model.

• Configure and oversee security access related to patient access workflows.

• Diagnose application issues and suggest improvements and optimization opportunities for workflows.

• Work closely with project leadership and operational teams to guarantee the achievement of implementation milestones.

• Assist in post-go-live stabilization and continuous enhancement activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active certifications in Epic Cadence and Prelude.

• Active certifications in Epic Referrals and Authorizations.

• More than 3 years of practical experience in Epic Patient Access build and support.

• Experience in supporting workflows related to scheduling, registration, insurance verification, referral management, and patient access.

• Background in participating in Epic implementation, optimization, or go-live projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of Epic Patient Access workflow design and build methodologies.

• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
