This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +33 more states.
• Configure and tailor financial systems such as ERP/General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Travel, and Reimbursement to meet business and regulatory standards, processes, and updates. Develop and sustain custom fields, forms, workflows, and records to improve system functionality.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for departments and leaders across ActBlue regarding the configuration, customization, data, and reporting capabilities of our ERP system.
• Offer ERP support to organization users by troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and providing guidance on system usage. Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure optimal use of NetSuite features.
• Continuously enhance automation of manual processes, as well as reporting for NetSuite General Ledger and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB).
• Assist with new integrations and system implementations associated with ERP.
• Monitor interfaces with payment processing (Stripe), travel platform (Navan), payroll system (Rippling), expense management (Expensify), corporate cards (American Express), corporate transportation (UBER/Lyft), and Amalgamated Bank. Ensure the integrity of interfaces and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all updates and transitions to new releases are executed without disrupting the production environment.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, collect feedback, and address concerns.
• Support additional projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion in accordance with organizational objectives and standards.
• 3-5+ years of experience in ERP platform management, including experience with NetSuite ERP and Netsuite NSPB.
• Experience integrating payment processors, tax, and payroll with ERP.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and reporting.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with Stripe, Avalara tax, and Rippling is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT/SQL script practices.
• Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to adjust focus, format, vocabulary, and level of detail based on the audience and communication objectives.
